Book a Quantitative Respirator Fit Test

Welcome!

Book your appointment for Quantitative Respirator Fit Testing in our Auckland Office, 4 Tawharau Lane, East Tamaki. Pick your date and time, and fill in your details.

Please submit a booking request for each person getting fit tested.

The test process will follow the OSHA Protocol and will take approximately 20 minutes per fit test.  To ensure the fit testing process runs as smoothly as possible, please follow the guidelines below. 

Once the tests are completed, we will send a copy of your fit test report for your Health & Safety records.

Requirements:

• No eating, drinking, smoking or vaping 30 mins before the fit test.
• Be clean shaven – A secure seal around the mask can not be achieved with a beard or stubble.
• Must be well and in good health (no flu like symptoms, etc.).
• Bring your RPE and any other PPE eg. safety helmet, glasses, etc. to the fit test
• Please bring the respirator you are currently using.
• Respirators being tested must be in good condition and undamaged.

 

Price and payment method:

The standard fee for each fit test is $138 (including GST). The fee is to be paid upon completion of the test through electronic banking.

If any of the requirements listed above are not met, the fit test cannot be conducted and you will need to book another session and pay the full fee again.
