Escape Respirators

Escape respirators are portable devices that can be quickly put on and provide 15 minutes of respiratory protection while you escape from an environment contaminated with chemicals, and/or smoke.

pH7 offers 3 styles of escape respirator.

1. Filters Hoods – includes a PVC hood that protects the eyes, head and respiratory tract with an attached filter providing 15 minutes escape time. A range of filter options are available and they come with up to 5 years shelf life. Suitable for environments with >17% oxygen.
2. Filtering half mask – includes a silicone half mask and filter in a compact sealed container. the filter provides up to 15 minutes escape time and comes with a shelf life of up to 5 years. Suitable for environments with >17% oxygen.
3. SCBA Escape respirator – include a 2L air cylinder providing 15 minutes of clean air to a hood. This system can be used in oxygen-deficient or heavily contaminated environments
