Flame-retardant* SMMS fabric: Particulate and low-hazard splash resistance (*to be worn over heat- and flame-protective clothing (EN ISO 14116 Index 2 or above) — limits spread of flames in the event of a flash fire (EN ISO 14116 Index 1)
Air and water vapor permeability: Reduced risk of heat stress
EN 1149-5 compliance: Assured antistatic capabilities
Model 111 chemical suit features an SMMS nonwoven material barrier, guarding against particulates, non-flammable liquid spray and splashes
This hooded protective outer garment is also compliant with EN 1149-5 antistatic standards
Its optimized fit ensures sustained comfort and it includes a two-way front flap with DST storm zipper, as well as finger loops and an elasticated hood, waist, wrist and ankles
Applications: Chemical handling, contaminated environments, filling, blending and charging of raw materials, transferring liquids and solids, opening and draining pumps valves or lines, loading and unloading of process equipment, raw material sample collection, concentration mixing and palletisation
